Positive: The apartment is well situated, and the host was amazing. Gentle, descret, and very carry. The residence has a wonderful terrace with umbrellas where someone can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cup of wine, etc. It also has a small grill, just in case. This residence has everything you will need, including a dishwasher, which is quite rare. The host has provided a nice welcome bufe, coffee capsules form some three days, and fresh fruits. Everything was extremely clean and looking quite new. What else can I say? Excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to visit Split. The residence has its own parking lot (nr.7).Oh, I just forgot to mention that in the area, just 5 min walking, there are a lot of cafeteria and a local cuisine restaurant, specialized in fish foods. I highly recommend 'the daily catches'. It's fish just cought by restaurant fishermen that day.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location, it's near the sea, lots of big groceries stores are nearby and it's about 15-20 min to Split by car. It is a very clean and well looked after and has everything you might need for your stay (except a microwave maybe and a lid for large frying pan): all the cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, induction cooktop, oven, toaster, blender etc. The great thing is that every room has its own air conditioning. Beds are comfortable, all the linen is provided by the host, as well as towels not only for the bath but beach towels are also provided, and as a bonus - beach umbrella (very much needed). This apartment also has a secure parking space behind the building down a pretty steep slope, so your car will be hidden from anyones' sight. The hosts are very welcoming, showed and told us everything we needed about the apartment and surroundings. The beach is clean as well, at times might be pretty crowded (weekends mostly), but finding a place to lay down has never been a problem. However, consider the fact that for many locals it's normal to smoke on the beach regardless that there might be children near them (I assume that smoking is not prohibited in public places there). Also the sloping road to the beach is quite steep, so better not rush when going down. The apartment also has a long balcony with parasols and outdoor sofas and a coffee table, as well as a grill. However, because the apartment is located on the first floor (ground floor is located lower on the same level as a parking space mentioned earlier), other parking places are right in front of the balcony and there's not so much privacy if you wish to spend some time there.

Negative: On the first evening neighbour's dog was barking a lot and silenced only at around midnight. Firstly we thought that that was a one-time event, however, we were mistaken. During the day it was mostly silent, but when the evening comes everything starts all over, sometimes the dog has been barking up until 2.00 am, and as I understand this dog lives there (not a temporary tenant). Luckily, this mostly didn't disturb our daughters sleep (the dog lives right behind the wall of the kids room), however, if you are easily awakened then that might be a red flag for you.

Positive: Incredible hosts, open and positive people. They even provided a welcome basket with food and wine to enjoy our stay. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay indoors as well as outdoors - toiletries, beach towels, beach umbrella, table games for your kids, barbeque on the terrace, air conditioning in every room, and many many more :)

Positive: + pretty new building in a safe and family friendly area + 5 Star location just a few steps away from the beach plus a couple of good restaurants/ cafés in walking distance + very clean and well maintained apartment (everything functions perfectly) + amazed by the offered details / items that can be helpful during the stay such as toiletries, slippers and many more (very thoughtful hosts) + tasteful & modern interior + exceptionally well equipped kitchen (absolutely everything was there even kitchen spices and other food items) + very warm welcome by the host including a platter of local delicacies and wine +easy and pleasant communication with the host before arrival and throughout the stay.

Negative: Everything was great and above expectation!

Summary: Felt like home away from home in a top location with the beach across the road.

Positive: We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. I would highly recommend these apartments for travelers with a car, as you'll have a designated parking spot. The location itself is perfect for exploring the Dalmatian region. The clear-water pebble beach is just a quick 50-meter walk down a path. The stylish and tasteful apartments amazed us with the attention to detail invested by the hosts – from the lovely scents of the home to the fully equiped kitchen, ensuring you can prepare anything you desire. You won't lack for any tools. The spacious terrace with a grill also lets you indulge in making Čevapi (the hosts have thought of everything – they provide information in the guest book on where to find a bakery, a butcher for Čevapi meat and other recommendations on like where to dine). The apartment hosts went above and beyond – from household appliances to comfortable beds with effective air conditioning in each room. What amazed us the most were the hosts themselves: we received a welcoming basket with cheese and prosciutto, drinks, coffee, Croatian treats, and fruits from their garden. We were almost overwhelmed by how much they offered us. Hostess Petra was very responsive to messages. When booking the apartments with just one review at the time, we were a bit apprehensive, taking a risk. However, that risk significantly paid off. As I write this review, I hope that other hesitant guests will choose them with more confidence than we did back then. If we ever return to this area, we would undoubtedly choose these apartments again.
